Based on the current explosive development of various theories in the Bitcoin ecology, the theory proponents have disputes with project parties and communities over theoretical control rights, theoretical use rights, and theoretical development rights. Some projects use theories as a wedding dress for their own development. In order to maintain the long-term and orderly development of the theory, this location theory and code retain copyright and income rights, and follow limited open source standards:
Anyone may use this theory and corresponding code without authorization;
When used for non-profit needs, only the copyright owner needs to be announced;
When used in profitable projects or when there is income, copyright fees must be paid to the theoretical party based on the project income.
1.Copyright statement:

Effective time: Since this theory and code are the first to be proposed in the Bitcoin ecosystem and the code is engraved in the Bitcoin block, projects related to the Bitcoin ecosystem published after the theory release date or the code inscription date are subject to this copyright.
Copyright content: Bitcoin ecological related projects, including but not limited to theoretical names, block mapping coordinate rules, generated codes and special nouns, such as location theory, block coordinates, block coordinate system, block coordinate encoding, transaction coordinate encoding, Bitland et al.
Indexing rules:
The blocks and coordinates correspond accurately;
Pay copyright fees based on location theory copyright;
Adopt an order locking mechanism to prevent order grabbing and scrapped orders;
Genesis Square, Halving Square and some regional center coverage blocks use whitelist casting and indexing.
2.Copyright fee:
If the sales cannot be calculated or the closed loop cannot be completed online, a one-time copyright fee of 1,000U must be paid;
It can be counted and settled online. For example, for first-level MINT or second-level transactions, a theoretical fee of 5% can be charged for each MINT fee. If the charge items increase: + Fee by Theory: 5%.
3.Theory Development Fund

Fund purpose:
Used for copyright owner operations and improving rich Location Theory;
For investment in project development consistent with location theory;
Fund account management: managed by multi-signature wallet
4.Right to pay royalties
SPACE sharing: The theory proposer can participate in SPACE sharing and other activities of the project party that pays the copyright fee;
Publicity rights: Announce on Twitter and other theory proposing media platforms: *** project builds an ecological project based on location theory;
Investment incubation: The theoretical development fund can invest in high-quality projects that are assessed to be consistent with the theory.
5.Infringement statement:
Non-sustainable projects that use this theory and code for purposes such as fraud;
Used for profit-making projects, but no copyright fees have been paid;
Non-profit project, but no copyright owner is noted.
In the above three infringement situations, the party proposing this theory reserves the right to pursue its liability and the right to publicize its infringement.
6.Pay copyright fees for five theories
In order to respect the copyrights of the five major theories of Ordinals, Bitnative, DMT, Bitmap and MEGM and promote the sustainable development of Ordinals, Bitnative, DMT, Bitmap and MEGM theories, Location Theory will pay copyright fees to Ordinals, Bitnative, DMT, Bitmap and MEGM Theory parties.
